1. Eligibility
- Strictly Brahmin Only: This platform is exclusively for the Brahmin community.
- Registration Removal: If any non-Brahmin individual is found to have registered, their profile will be terminated immediately.
- No Refund for Non-Brahmins: In case of registration by a non-Brahmin, the membership fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.
2. Registration and KYC
- Authenticity: You agree to provide true, accurate, and genuine information.
- Verification Documents: You must provide KYC documents (ID Proof, Photos, Biodata) as requested for our official records.
- Non-Transferable: This membership and its services are non-transferable to any other person.
3. Fees and Payments
- Non-Refundable: The Membership Registration Fee for the website is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Future Services: Any new services added in the future might be free or chargeable as per the management’s decision.
4. Verification & Safety Disclaimer (Crucial)
- User’s Sole Responsibility: It is the absolute and sole responsibility of the candidate and their family to independently and thoroughly verify all information provided in the profile forms by other members.
- Verification Scope: This verification must include Personal Details, Professional/Educational background, Caste/Sub-Caste details, Physical condition, and Family Background.
- No Liability of Organization: Gujaratibrahminvivah.in and its management do not accept any responsibility or liability for incorrect, false, or misleading information provided by any member.
- Legal Disputes: The organization, its staff, and stakeholders shall not be held accountable for any disputes or issues arising before, during, or after engagement/marriage due to false information provided by a member.
5. Post-Marriage Responsibility
- Inform to Disable: Once the candidate’s marriage is fixed or completed, it is your responsibility to inform us to disable or delete your profile.
6. Management Rights
- Right to Deny Service: The management reserves the right to deny or stop services to any person found to be unfair or non-compliant with our ethics without any refund.
- Dispute Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be subject to the decision of the Organization’s Core Committee.

૧. પાત્રતા
- માત્ર બ્રાહ્મણ પરિવાર માટે: આ પ્લેટફોર્મ ફક્ત બ્રાહ્મણ સમુદાય માટે છે.
- રજીસ્ટ્રેશન રદ: જો કોઈ બ્રાહ્મણ સિવાયની વ્યક્તિએ ફોર્મ ભરેલું હશે, તો તેને રદ કરવામાં આવશે.
- ફી પરત નહીં મળે: બ્રાહ્મણ સિવાયની વ્યક્તિ દ્વારા રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરવામાં આવશે તો ફી પરત આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
૨. રજીસ્ટ્રેશન અને KYC
- માહિતીની સત્યતા: તમે પ્રદાન કરેલી બધી માહિતી સાચી અને સચોટ હોવી જોઈએ.
- દસ્તાવેજો: સુરક્ષા માટે તમારે આઈડી પ્રૂફ, ફોટા અને બાયોડેટા જેવા KYC દસ્તાવેજો આપવા પડશે.
- બિન-હસ્તાંતરણીય: આ સભ્યપદ અન્ય કોઈ વ્યક્તિને ટ્રાન્સફર કરી શકાશે નહીં.
૩. ફી અને રિફંડ નીતિ
- નોન-રિફંડબલ: વેબસાઇટની મેમ્બરશિપ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફી કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં પરત મળવાપાત્ર નથી.
- નવી સેવાઓ: ભવિષ્યમાં ઉમેરવામાં આવતી નવી સેવાઓ શુલ્ક સાથે અથવા મફત હોઈ શકે છે.
૪. સુરક્ષા અને અસ્વીકરણ (ખાસ સૂચના)
- સભ્યની જવાબદારી: ઉમેદવાર અને તેમના પરિવારે અન્ય સભ્યો દ્વારા ફોર્મમાં ભરેલી તમામ માહિતીની પોતાની રીતે સંપૂર્ણ તપાસ કરવાની જવાબદારી રહેશે.
- તપાસનો વ્યાપ: આ તપાસમાં પર્સનલ ડિટેલ્સ, પ્રોફેશનલ/શિક્ષણ, જ્ઞાતિ/પેટા-જ્ઞાતિ, શારીરિક વિગત અને ફેમિલી બેકગ્રાઉન્ડની સંપૂર્ણ ચકાસણીનો સમાવેશ થાય છે.
- સંસ્થાની જવાબદારીનો અભાવ: Gujaratibrahminvivah.in કોઈ પણ સભ્ય દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલી ખોટી કે ગેરમાર્ગે દોરતી માહિતી માટે કોઈ પણ જવાબદારી સ્વીકારતી નથી.
- કાયદાકીય રક્ષણ: ખોટી માહિતીને કારણે લગ્ન કે સગાઈ પછી થતા કોઈ પણ વિવાદ માટે સંસ્થા, તેનો સ્ટાફ કે હોદ્દેદારો જવાબદાર રહેશે નહીં.
૫. લગ્ન પછીની જવાબદારી
- પ્રોફાઇલ બંધ કરાવવી: ઉમેદવારના લગ્ન નક્કી થઈ જાય પછી, પ્રોફાઇલ બંધ કરાવવા માટે સંસ્થાને જાણ કરવાની જવાબદારી તમારી રહેશે.
૬. વ્યવસ્થાપન અધિકારો
- સેવા બંધ કરવાનો અધિકાર: જો કોઈ વ્યક્તિ અયોગ્ય વ્યવહાર કરે, તો સંસ્થા કોઈપણ રિફંડ વિના સેવા બંધ કરી શકે છે.
