Refund Policy (English Version)

At Gujaratibrahminvivah.in, we provide digital membership services for the Brahmin community. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payment:
1. No Refund Policy (Strictly Non-Refundable)
- The Membership Registration Fee paid for using our services is 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Once the payment is made and the account is activated, the service is considered “consumed,” and no request for a refund will be entertained.
- “Since we provide a digital service/membership, the fee is non-refundable once the service is activated.”
2. Non-Brahmin Registration
- This platform is strictly for the Brahmin community.
- If any non-Brahmin individual registers by providing false information, their profile will be deleted immediately, and no refund will be issued.
3. No Guarantee of Marriage
- The registration fee is for access to the database and platform services only.
- We do not guarantee a successful marriage or engagement. Therefore, not finding a suitable match is not a valid reason for a refund.
4. Account Cancellation
- You may choose to disable or delete your account at any time. However, canceling your membership does not entitle you to any partial or full refund of the fee already paid.
5. Duplicate Payments
- In case of a technical error resulting in a duplicate payment, please contact us within 24 hours with proof of transaction. We will verify the claim and process the refund for the duplicate amount only. “In case of a successful refund request, the amount will be processed and credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.”

Gujaratibrahminvivah.in પર અમે બ્રાહ્મણ સમુદાય માટે ડિજિટલ મેમ્બરશિપ સેવાઓ પ્રદાન કરીએ છીએ. કોઈપણ ચુકવણી કરતા પહેલા કૃપા કરીને અમારી રીફંડ પોલિસી ધ્યાનથી વાંચો:
૧. ફી પરત ન મળવાપાત્ર (Strictly Non-Refundable)
- અમારી સેવાઓનો ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે ચૂકવવામાં આવેલી મેમ્બરશિપ રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફી કોઈપણ સંજોગોમાં પરત (Refund) મળવાપાત્ર નથી.
- એકવાર પેમેન્ટ થઈ ગયા પછી અને એકાઉન્ટ એક્ટિવેટ થયા પછી, સેવા શરૂ થઈ ગઈ હોવાનું માનવામાં આવશે અને રીફંડની કોઈ વિનંતી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં.
૨. બ્રાહ્મણ સિવાયના રજીસ્ટ્રેશન માટે
- આ પ્લેટફોર્મ માત્ર બ્રાહ્મણ પરિવાર માટે જ છે.
- જો કોઈ બ્રાહ્મણ સિવાયની વ્યક્તિ ખોટી માહિતી આપીને રજીસ્ટ્રેશન કરશે, તો તેમનું ફોર્મ તરત જ રદ કરવામાં આવશે અને ભરેલા પૈસા પાછા આપવામાં આવશે નહીં.
૩. લગ્નની કોઈ ગેરંટી નથી
- રજીસ્ટ્રેશન ફી માત્ર વેબસાઈટની સુવિધાઓ અને સભ્યોની યાદી જોવા માટે છે.
- અમે લગ્ન કે સગાઈ કરાવી આપવાની કોઈ ગેરંટી આપતા નથી. તેથી, યોગ્ય પાત્ર ન મળવું એ રીફંડ માટેનું માન્ય કારણ ગણાશે નહીં.
૪. એકાઉન્ટ રદ કરવા બાબત
- તમે ગમે ત્યારે તમારી પ્રોફાઇલ બંધ કે ડિલીટ કરી શકો છો. પરંતુ એકાઉન્ટ બંધ કરવાથી તમે અગાઉ ભરેલી ફી પાછી મેળવવા માટે પાત્ર રહેશો નહીં.
૫. ડુપ્લિકેટ પેમેન્ટ
“જો ટેકનિકલ ખામીને કારણે એકથી વધુ વખત (ડુપ્લિકેટ) પેમેન્ટ થઈ જાય, તો કૃપા કરીને વ્યવહાર (ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન) ના પુરાવા સાથે ૨૪ કલાકની અંદર અમારો સંપર્ક કરો. અમે તમારી વિનંતીની તપાસ કરીશું અને માત્ર વધારાની કપાયેલી રકમ માટે જ રિફંડની પ્રક્રિયા કરીશું. રિફંડની વિનંતી સફળતાપૂર્વક મંજૂર થયા પછી, રિફંડની રકમ ૫-૭ કામકાજના દિવસોમાં તમારા મૂળ પેમેન્ટ સોર્સ (જેમાંથી પૈસા કપાયા હતા તે ખાતા) માં જમા કરી દેવામાં આવશે.” રીફંડ સંબંધિત કોઈ પણ પ્રશ્ન માટે તમે અમારો સંપર્ક કરી શકો છો:
